Responsibility
It is the responsibility of the person signing the booking form to ensure that they have full authority to act on behalf of all persons named on the form. This is to ensure that the person in authority and the members of any party accept the terms and conditions of Boysaway Limited. Acceptance of these terms and conditions are mandatory.

Booking
The booking form should be completed showing all requested details of the party as outlined in the relevant sections of the booking form. This should be returned to Boysaway Limited complete with a £100.00 deposit (non-refundable) for each member of the party. The deposit is accepted as part payment towards the total cost of the holiday.

Reservation
On receipt of the booking form complete with deposits the reservation will be made. We will acknowledge receipt and provide confirmation to all members of the party either electronically or by post.

Balance of Payment
The balance of the payment for the holiday must be completed in full no later than 8 weeks prior to commencement date of the trip. If payment is not received or cleared by Boysaway Limited by this date it will be deemed that the trip has been cancelled and the deposit forfeited. We then have the right to charge cancellation charges as follows.

Cancellation Charges
Any cancellations of booking will only be accepted by Boysaway Limited in writing and prior to 8 weeks before your reserved holiday.

Cancellation 8 weeks or more before holiday – Charge = deposit only.
Cancellation less than 8 weeks before holiday – Charge = full holiday cost.

Cancellation
Boysaway Limited aim to provide you with a holiday at the reserved dates. However we reserve the right to cancel the holiday. If Boysaway Limited cancel the holiday any party will be entitled to a full refund of any monies paid to Boysaway Limited. Boysaway Limited do not accept any other consequential costs associated with the parties holiday.

Refunds
No refund will be given for the departure of any individual or member of a party prior to the termination of their agreed holiday duration.

Insurance
Boysaway Limited recommend that all clients ensure that they have adequate insurance cover for the duration of the holiday. Boysaway Limited accept no liability in regard to any injury or losses incurred whilst at the holiday complex. Boysaway Limited recommend that the client has adequate medical cover for Europe. This being an E111 form available from post offices.

Fishery Rules (Also available at Lodge)
It is deemed that these are accepted and infringement of these rules will result in termination of any holiday and removal from the complex. Boysaway Limited will not be held responsible for any incidental costs should this occur.

Termination
Boysaway Limited reserves the right to terminate the holiday we are contractually obliged to provide in the following circumstances. If we and our employee’s or any other person we have appointed under our authority, judge behaviour to be likely to cause unacceptable annoyance or harm to another person or any property (including fish) on the complex. As a consequence of any such action we do not accept liability for any refund, compensation or any damages incurred.

Complaints
Should any clients have reason to complain in regard to any of the services provided. Firstly they should address the matter to our staff at the lodge where we hope to address any issues. Should this not be satisfactory the client should upon return to their home address register their complaint in writing within 7 working days from the end of the holiday. The complaint will then be dealt with by the directors of the company through a formal complaints procedure.

Force Majure
Boysaway Limited will not be liable for any loss, delay or cancellation caused by the following: Strikes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activities or threats, industrial disputes, fire, flood, technical / weather problems, closure of ports or crossings, acts of god or any other event outside of our control.

Liability
Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you to Boysaway Limited for your holiday.

Jurisdiction
Signature of the booking form by either an individual or designated party leader constitutes acceptance of a contract in accordance with these terms and conditions under English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
