Gallet
is a 7-acre lake offering a variety of carp fishing methods and
styles. From the short to the mid-range casting through to the
skill of the stalking stealth, Gallet has been a favoured choice
for most of our visiting anglers.

main body of Gallet is open water where a centrally placed island
acts as a target. The top right leads into the stalking area
where you’ll find semi-sunken islands with plenty of over
hanging foliage and reed beds and pads lining the margins. If
you like the thrill and excitement of stalking then this is a
superb area for you to fish and try your skill. |

Topping
the lake is an isolated swim that is accessed via the stalking
area. Appropriately named ‘Solitude Bay’ you can
experience the feeling of total seclusion. Reed beds and pads
line the bay area’s margins and give way to a clear channel
where the carp can be caught basking in the warmth of the summer
sun.
