At just over six acres in size, Etang Du Bois is the smallest lake on the complex. We class this lake as the runs water of the complex and it has been stocked to ensure that there’s always plenty of action day and night. There are seven purpose built swims and these have been positioned in between the reed beds or trees that line the margins. The swims are large enough to accommodate a two man bivvy and provide room for you to move around.

During 2005, the lake was drained to allow desilting of the lake and adding extra depth. We took the opportunity of adding some additional features to the lake bottom. These consisted of introducing a new main channel that runs the entire length of the lake accompanied by smaller channels running from the margins to the main channel.
